Literature Text

I dream of a world
Where the white winged go
Far far away
From all I know

Were the sun is worm
And a cool wind blows
Above rolling hills
Of blue, not gold

Where the land is bright
With the colors you can hold
They are filled with life
I have been told

The people there sing
Their songs of ancient lore
They laugh and love plenty
A life they adore

When I open my eyes
To a new sunrise
Nothing is the same
And I long to die
This is another little poem I did for a story of mine. It end a little grimly but it's still rather pretty.

FYI. The last line of the second stanza is refures to the fact that the charature lives in the desert and is dreaming of the ocean.

Reviews are more than welcome. All writers love words of encouragement. PLEEEAAAASSSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
